network cdn name display

I'm running symp 5 with NCC.

If a call is answered locally ie where the network cdn is created, the name will display. However if the call is answered at either of the other 2 sites all we show is "NETWORK CDN".

Is thsi right or should we be able to see the name at all 3 sites?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Just change the phoneset display to display the skillset name instead of the CDN name?

I need to be able to tell what the call is by the different cdn names..

Hi,

during the call, you'll see only Network Cdn.
During the ringing (presentation), you'll see the original name of the Cdn on the phone, allowing the agent to answer with the correct company or service name. So you can try with agents on manual answer mode, and not auto answer.

No other way to do it, so far as i know (CCS 200+300 Rel 4.x)
