does anyone have 2 or more CCMS networked and uses NCC for consolidated real time displays.
There is limited information you can get with the off the shelf reports in the consolidated real time displays and wondered if anyone hade any luck adding additional information.
for example - Service level calculations on application reports are fixed and cannot be adjusted (unlike the per site real time dipplays which you can adjust the formula)
Maximum wait time for applications are not consolidated in the NCC real time reports, you can get the total number of calls,but not how long they have waited for (you need to revert to the per site application report to get this information)
wondered if anyone had any info.
