network card on n600 notebook

i have a compaq n600 notebook with sco unix 5.0.4 o.s
i can't find a driver for the networkcard wich is intel pro100 vm onbpard card
can i get some help ??????

Assuming onbpard = onboard which means this is not a pcmcia card.
You can try:
ftp://ftp.sco.com/pub/openserver5/drivers/OSR504/network/pro100b/

It has support for Intel 82557 based network adapters.
Compaq site of course does not have sco drivers for their notebooks.

This page describes how to upgrade drivers for the windows variants on the Evo N600c and it mentions that it is 82557 based.
