Network card Intel Pro/100 cannot start after shutdown

Compaq Prolinea 5150, Windows 2000, Intel Pro/100

The card works. The problem is that when I shutdown and later start, the card can´t. I´ve tried other slots and reinstalled drivers without any sucess. I must unplug the card, start up, shut down, insert card, start up to make the card work again.

Someone... please...
