Network call pickup denied

I have several BCMs networked and (I don't know why I haven't run across this before) call pickup is being denied when a call is transferred from across the network. I have checked all nominal settings and have come up dry.

Suggestions?

This particular network are 4.0 and 2.0 boxes fully patched using MCDN.

Check that your target lines are not built as private at the receiving end.

The target lines were set as private on the receiving end. Good call, and thanks for the assist.
