I have 2 MD110 connacted to each other using ISDN , both of them were BC12 SP4, I have upgraded both sites to SP5, after the upgrade the network call back feature didnt work as follow:
-Extension 1661 in site 1 calls busy extension 2100 in site
-Extension 1661 initiates call back on busy. The call back notification is heard.
-When extension 2100 becomes free, extension 1661 will be notified with a call back signal.
-Extension 1661 lifts his handset, NU tone will be heard, and the display of the digital phone 1661 will show “Not Available”.
Looking at the signal trace shows that the call back is successfully stored in QMP, but when the call back setup in step 4 is made, QMP will answer IDEMONRES with the result “No match found”.
