Network Browsing Problem

I have 2 XP Pro machines running on a Windows 2000 Small Business Server environment.
When I try access machineB from machineA using either Network Neighbourhood or Start->Run->\\MachineB

I get an error:

Referenced account is currently locked out and cannot be logged onto.

I can access other machines from A and B and other machines can access them. Its only machineA that has a problem with machineB.

Has anyone got any ideas?
