Network Boot a Puritron IT-2000

Does anyone know how to get a Puritron IT-2000 to network boot. I have the first boot device in bios set to LAN and all others disabled. It will not see my tftpd server so I can Ghost the hard drive.
We inherited these guys on one of our sites. I tried doing a clean install, but can not get LAN or Video drivers to work from their website.
