Hello,

I'm curious to find out which Network + book people found to be most useful. I went to CompTIA's website and it listed options. I looked at both self-study and classroom lists but since my funding is limited, I'd like to just go with the one book.

Thanks

I used the Syngress and the Sybex study guides. They both were good, but I preferred the Syngress one.

When I got mine in 2002, the Mike Meyers All-in-One was all I used. I won't say to use it, because I don't know how much the book/tests have changed.

arevaloj,

After I passed the Network+ in 2004, I loaned out my book and never got it back, so I can't just look at my bookshelf, but I'm pretty sure it was from CompTIA Press. I believe that the exam's been revised since I took it, so there should be a new edition of the book.

Dont forget to check out Amazon you can find alot of books used for really low prices, and sometimes you can get lucky and find the book at the local library.
