network backups NetraX1

I have 4 NetraX1 servers that do not have tape drives or CDROM drives attached to them. I want to have them back up their data via our LAN to an existing DLT drive connected to an Ultra10 server. I would also like to set up the Ultra 10 to be the boot server for net boots via our LAN as well. Would someone be able to provide instructions as to how I might accomplis this?
