Has anyone purchased Avaya's NANO service? Worth while? Which program do they use?

I even never heard of them.
I bet it will cost you a lot of money.
Just use common sense and have a look how the current network is build.
The most important is using vlans.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Indeed, will save you some money..... Buy the best switches you can afford to replace your current ones, create VLAN's prioritise the voice VLAN on WAN Links..... Job done, that's all Avaya will say but charge $2000 for it :)
