So I've been hired onto a new company as the bookkeeper, and since I fixed the owners computers (just added them to the domain/reset the drivers and did basic troubleshooting), he has declared that I am the only one allowed to touch the computers. I can do basic stuff, but this just goes RIGHT over my head.
Overnight, one of the PCs decided to seemingly delete all traces of any connection to the domain server and internet. When I go to the computer name tab, everything is grayed out and it says Note:The identification of the computer cannot be changed because networking is not installed or is not properly configured.
I went to Admin Tools/Services and made sure that everything was turned on/started... and that doesn't seem to be the problem. The computer itself isn't recognizing any kind of connection whatsoever. I have checked the cables and they are all connected and such. I have basically checked everything I could think of... with no answers. I kinda need to get this back up ASAP since its the Office Managers computer and she cant access any of the files she needs on the server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! I'm lost here
