I think the license is tied to the cd on alchemy so you might be stuck there.

Alchemy didn't have any licensed features.

It was licensed software (in as much as it was not free) but Network alchemy relied on trust as there was no license validation on the Alchemy.
looks like you will owe HSM a favour ;-)
