Network Alchemy Problem

we have a problem with a Network ALchemy 2.2.
PhoneManager Lite (2.2 107) on a WinXP Notebook, if you set the callforward to any number and close the Phonemanager the callforward will work fine, but when i oppen the Phonemanager again the cfw status and Number are empty?

Same with dnd, callwaiting ...

i think the Phonemanager application receives the settings from the Network Alchemy when you start the Phonemanager, right?

Same PBX with same Phonemanager version but with a Win200 Maschine works without any problems!

Network Alchemy, was well before the days of IPO, and so you may well have problems with the phone manager on XP.

From my memory we have no sites with Alchemy running on XP.

Lame answer but you may be better upgrading the base unit, and keeping the modules ???

Alchemy Applications are not supported on XP so if you have problems you will not be able to get much help :-(

We do have a few sites that are using Win XP & phonemanager on alchemy systems without problems so I would sugess checking your pc settings

you were logged on as local admin whrn PM was installed wernt you? if not this can cause problems
