Network agent Idle but call not presented

SCCS 5.0. Network with 2 sites. Agent logged in both sites Local site agent Not Ready, Remote site agent idle. Call placed at local site but never gets presented to idle agent at remote site.

Tried virtual queuing and overflow queuing. Agent can recieve local calls.
 
NCC configuration correct?
Call Routing Table correct?
Remote site not being filtered?
Q ing to network skillset in script?
 
NCC configured, skillset in routing table. Site is not filtered. Tried queuing overflow method without local node inclusion and virtual with local node inclusion. Only 1 site has problems.

PBX patches on both site match.
SCCS patch on both site match.
 
build a test cdn and test script, only have queue to network skillset whatever, see if the call go over...if not, the network between the two sites is broken, start looking in the pbx, you should be able to dial across and ring the agent phone without going thru sccs...if you can't do that, sccs isn't going to work either
 
Thanks yyrkroon for your suggestions. Found out that PBX 1 was running Deplist 1 and PBX 2 was running Deplist 4. Once the Deplist was upgraded to 4 on the first PBX the problem was solved.

It was initially working when both had Deplist 1.
