Anyone here running Server 2008 NAP on their network if so do you use DHCP or IPSec enforcement?

Reading the article below it seems that IPSec is the most difficult method to circumvent. Can anyone tell me if that requires all client to server traffic to be over IPSec which might be too much load on our servers or would it just be the initial connection to the network and NAS verification that would be IPSec traffic?

Thanks.
