Hello, I have a customer that has an ip-office 406 at the main locations ans is going in with a ip-500 at one of the subsites. I need to link the two together. Both for 4 digit dialing back and forth and centralized vm. The subsite will have an ip on the same network as the main site. 4 vcm channels will be provide at both sites. Can anyone here help direct me to the way to achieve this? FAQ???

Thanks

Ron K

Be sure that you have a networking license on the ip500
Be sure you do not have duplicate number on both sites
Be sure you do not have duplicate names on both sites

If you want remote hotdesking or huntgroupmembership on SCN then you need advanced networking on both sites

Mind that it is better that the 406 is on version 4.x
If it is a 406v1 you can not do that, then it must be on 3.2
If it is a 406v2 be sure it is a PCS8 or higher to go to 4.x
If is has PCS 6 or lower then 3.2
If PCS 7 check the memory
