The process is stuck around 70%, the server is still operating, this is a DNS server.

Your server has abended twice (Hence the <2>).. You need to reboot it and then check the SYS:SYSTEM\ABEND.LOG. Look for the First abend and troubleshoot further.

I just saw in a novell troubleshooting document to reboot, we had checked the abend log already and there were 2 events for JAVA.NLM.

Apparently there has been some trouble with the SP installation hanging at unloading java, so the installation file tells us to unload java first before installing the SP, as a precaution.

Next time we will read that readme!

Will let you know what happens.

I hate to try and get a free lesson, but where would this information be used in order to determine exactly the cause, or is this information in here already? I notice the 2 java processes (Java_1736 Main Process) and (Java_1726 Main Process).
