NetWare SErver ABEND when trying to run backup with sp3 install

We currently have NetWare 5.1 w/sp3 installed. We tried running a job and the server abended. Is this a common problem or is there a fix of any sort. The abend log wasn't written to at all. The NetWare Agent log does state this:

Then the server abended. Any ideas?

What version of Arcserve and on what platform (inc SP)? I guess NT from the log above???? What SP are you running on NT?

What is the Server abending on? Check your SYS:\SYSTEM\ABEND.LOG to see what it was that caused the Abend. Is the Abend completely halting the Server, does the server restart itself, or does it suspend the running process and put a number next to the Server Prompt?

There are quite a few post NW5.1 SP3 patches that are available. One or more of these post-NW51SP3 patches could solve your issues.
