Netware scripting question....

Has anyone used a Netwrae script to rollout an Lotus Notes R5 client upgrade ??? We are using install pump to generate the client package, but what I can't figure out is how to make the script see that R5 has been upgraded and not run the install again... any and all help would be appreciated.

Long story, but due to our tree problems, we can't use any ESD software.... nice try..
