Netware printer on 2003 format

I have an existing NetWare server where my print queue's are stored. I need to know how to get the new server which is running Server 2003 to see the printer without going through the old server? Can anybody help me?
I have the ip address on the printer, but when I try to Ping it, I get 'Time Out'.
