Netware License ?? 1

I have two clients, one("Company A&quot that has Netware 3.12 and NT 4.0 servers, and one("Company B" with a Novell 5.0 server. I recently replaced both servers at "Company A" with a new NT server box. I have another company that has a Netware 5 server and wants to add another server but they just want it for a few users to use and Netware 5 will not run the Arcnet cards they they have to use.
How could I get "Company A" to sell the Netware 3.12 to "Company B"?? So, I was wondering how to go about doing this to make everything legit with Novell? I am not looking to make a profit on this at all, just looking out for both of my clients. As far as Company A goes, they probably would give it to me if I asked for it, but I want to make it legit with Novell.

If you have used your NW 3.12 license as ANY type of upgrade requirement, then the NW 3.12 license is considered dead, and cannot legally be used or transferred in any way. If you haven't used it as an upgrade requirement, then you can contact your local Novell Sales office and they should be able to point you in the right direction to legally make a transfer. And no, the Netware 3.12 license wasn't used as any part of an upgrade to NT. They ran a NT server for over a year with the Netware until I replaced both of them. I will call and find out tomorrow.. Thanks again.

FYI, I found out the information that I was looking for after calling local Novell ReSeller and they sending me to Novell themself. They do have a document on their website.

, click on guidelines and forms, then the top document is about transfering Netware licenses. Pertty much the company selling it, would have to be going out of business or part of a merger.
