I have received a number of digital licenses for our server over the past year. We are using Novell Small Business Server 6. We are not sure where the licenses are anymore but the server still has the licenses installed. We would like to back them up to be sure that they are safe in the event of a failure. How do we go about doing this. Please reply to jim.blake@twics.ca. Thanks in advance.

You can call Novell and they can send you copies of the license files. They should have your info on file. You should also be able to go to the Novell customer portal and download them yourself. There is no way to backup licenses from your tree in a way that would allow you to reinstall them if your systems failed.
