Hello All,
We're running NBU 5.0 (MP4/5) on Windows 2003 and I'm having an issue with a Novell client running Netware 5.1 SP6 (and eDir 8.7.1 10550.70) using the Target method.
We're moving some Novell backups from Backup Exec (administered by our Novell admin) to NetBackup (administered by me). Most gone well but we're seeing an issue with the client mentioned above.
I'm able to connect to the client and access host properties etc. However, the backups complete "partially successful" though nothing is actually backed up. The error given is "Error bpbrm(pid=6060) from client srv_lab3: ERR - unable to scan first dataset: (SMS: FFFDFFFC: (TSA500.NLM 5.5 259) This program cannot allocate a directory handle.)"
I'm not seeing anything in the logs that's more informative than this but I can post them if needed.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dan
