Netware ArcServe Manager for Win2k is SLOW!!

Running Arcserve Manager on my Win2k workstation for ArcServe 7 Netware is really slow. Everytime I click on just about any option it hangs for about 1 minute before it responds.

My machine is running Win2k Pro SRV 2, Novell Client 4.70.

Under Network properties the Provider Order (Network Access Order) is Microsoft FIRST and Novell SECOND. It used to be Novell FIRST but I had to change it because it slowed the access to shares on other workstations through network neighborhood. BTW, we are running Novell Netware 5 with the latest SPK (spk 6 something I think).

Any suggestions on improving the access/respond time for Arcserve Manager?

Did you change the binding order on the protocol to IPX first and TCP/IP first? Or does Netware 5 use tcp now? I come from the old school of netware 4.0 and I havent worked on it in a few years.

We do not use IPX, we only use TCP/IP.
