Netware 6.x in-place upgrade

Hello,

Getting right to the point...i am currently in the middle of a in-place upgrade from nw5.1sp5 and going to NW6...in the middle of the install i get ccs.nlm Initialization waiting for xmgr...just like TID#10071244...per that document ..i reflashed to latest bios and also booted from dos...cd rom drivers and ran install from root of the cd....Any ideas would be much apppreciated...
