netware 6 arcserve client

Does anyone know how to configure the netware 6 arcserve client. I installed the client and got it to load, but every time I try and back it up to the server it fails with very little info. The server is netware 5.1. The other agents run fine. I looked through the computer associates site but no luck. I found how to install and load the agent but not how to get it to work. Thanks for any help.

I am not sure if I got your question right - to backup a NW server (as well as eDirectory) you need to load the proper TSAs. In case I misunderstood, please let me know and try to be more specific.

Have you loaded the latest NetWare agent that supports NW6? If so, then have you done all the support recommended inof found at the CA website?

Thanks for the reply. Actually, to get the arcserve agent to work on Netware 6 I had to start the agent in debug mode. It worked fine then. The CA support didn't have too much help for Netware 6.
