Netware 5.1/win2k Explorer problems

I have a new Netware 5.1 server with a 180 gig data volume. Clients are running Novell 4.81 under Windows 2000.

The problem is in Windows Explorer. The user has full rights to the volume, they can create a directory, however they are unable to delete/rename a directory. Also, after creating a directory, they have to use the refresh to display what they created. By the way, ...I even tried this under ADMIN login.... and get the same results. Any suggestions?

Followup.... This only occurs on the root of the volume
