Netware 5.1 DROption..DOES IT WORK? HELP

We have tried to perform Disaster Recovery on a Netware 5.1sp3 with Arcserve 7.0. several times and have been consistantly unsuccessful. We found that the ArcServe Activity log reports "E3125 Failed to read NLS:Licenses"
When we perform the restore and NDS is restored. We reach the point were the cdr.nlm is loaded successfully. A this point we can not not log as admin. We are certain to use the correct typeful name. Please help guys.

Well, I am going to answer my own question after paying $95 to CA! ARCSERVE DISASTER RECOVERY FOR NETWARE WITH SERVICE PACK 2A OR HIGHER DOES NOT WORK! CA has confirmed this and they are currently working on a patch. I am not happy!
