Netware 5.1 and IBM remote supervisor adapter card

I have four IBM xSeries 336 servers (8837-21U) running in four different locations all with Novell Netware 5.1. On three of these servers the remote control function offered by the web based interface of the RSA cards works just fine. On the fourth server I can see video display but the keyboard and mouse do nothing.

I've matched the firmware of all the cards as well as the BIOS versions, I've matched the configuration settings of the RSA cards, and I've checked that there aren't any special modules loading on the three working machines.

Anyone running a setup like this that could give some advice on what to check next?

Not sure if the 336 is the same as the 345's that we use, but they have a short cable which goes from the RSA card to a USB port - the keybd & mouse don't work if it's not fitted.
