netware 4.11 stf 111 install

While installing netware 4.11 stf 3, I get to the stage of loading the Mirror card (skfpmsl), but netware will not allow me to load the card due to the SHORT term allocator is out of memory, If I then unload install i,am able to manually load the card but the install process is then halted. I have added the set buffers command to the startup.ncf but no joy.
If anybody has any ideas please please send details.

How much physical RAM do you have in each of the servers?

Also, are you sure that you have the correct driver and driver version for these mirror cards? What kind are they?

Please advise.
