netware 3.12 supervisor login (forgotten) 1

I have an old Novell server with 3.12 that we "fired" back up after 3 years and no one that worked here then can remember the "supervisor" password. How can we edit or get in the back door to delete or change this?

I have a way which I will tell you, are you trying to just get the data or, do you also want to have user accounts. As my method basically involves removing the bindery files.
