Netvortex on IPO 500 8.0(18)

Hi All:

Has anyone set up Netvortex Sip trunking on an IPO 500 v2 8.0(18) using Dynamic Ip addressing?

If so - I have just signed up for an account with Netvortex and would like to set it to test and I've always worked with PRI's and analog. SIP is new to me (I am a telecom tech).

Can you help with 2 things:

(1) Explain how to configure your telephone numbers on the nexvortex website using Dynamic Ip's so they will direct to the IPO

(2) How to set up the Line/Incoming Call Route for the Nexvortex trunk?

Yes, I have several dozen systems with SIP from Nexvortex. No issues at all.

As it's prohibited to provide contact details on this forum, call Nexvortex and ask them for the contact info of the guy who knows Avaya IP Office. They'll send you my contact details. Once we have it working you can post back here for others to benefit.

I did ask Nexvortex and they told me that they didn't have anyone that supported IPO.

They were absolutely NO help.
