When accessing Netview via a web browser (their Netview Web client interface), we can view the 'root' IP map that is open on the server (which is, I understand, correct). But, we cannot view any regional submaps that have been manually created even if they are also open on the server.
Is this normal? ..or is there a problem? ...can't seem to find any help in the manuals or on-line help...just indicates that you can "view submaps" without going into much detail.
Any help/comments much appreciated.

you can try installing web client as application instead of acessing throught web browser its pathetic....

i did it this way only while facing the problem..response is pretty good...
