Has anyone got experience of remote-calling Windows 2000 Professional PCs using NetSupport? I have no problems calling my NT4 machine, but cannot connect to my Win2000 Pro machine. The NT4 and Win2000 pcs are physically located in the same office on the same network.

NetSupport Issues

Hi...
I have NetSupport clients of WinNT, 2K, win95, win98, WinXP platforms. I even use NetSupport control to work
with my unix machines throw VNC server. They all work
fine. Everything I do with new client is to install
NetSupport client (now with Deploy) and copy client32.ini
and controls.nsm files to it.
Can you tell me witch version of NetSupport are you using
and if you recieve any error message.
By the way I have many problem with Win2K. If you can
you should switch winXP.
