Why doesn't server A describe the output like Server B?

It looks like you aren't root on Server A. I get this notice when I run as regular user on my machine:
[tt]
[flugh@localhost:~/]$ netstat -lntp
(Not all processes could be identified, non-owned process info
will not be shown, you would have to be root to see it all.)
[/tt]
But I get the full output like your Server B when run as root.
