Netstat errors.

Hi

I am having sun box 2.6 and getting lots of out put errors.following is the summary of netstat command:-

# netstat -in

input errors are 21716 and output errors are 3263638.

Actually i am facing the problem while accessing the NFS mounted directories from a particular server only.It is taking lot of time to access it.I have checked vmstat and iostat it is working perfectly fine,but i am getting the above mentioned network errors.The server is full duplex 100 mpbs.Any help will be highly appreciated.

0.01% and 1.3% respectively. I wouldn't worry about it, especially if this is an NFS server which experiences very high network activity.

Is the NFS client far away from your NFS server (i.e. many network hops)? If so it may be a good idea to use NFS over TCP instead of UDP.
