Netsky prevention

I woke up this morning and saw a report on the local news channel about the spread of the Netsky virus. Of course, that means today will be extremely busy because management will freak out.

I've done a little research about this virus, but can't find whether or not there is a M$ patch that will prevent this virus from propogating. Is there one or will this be a reactive situation?

Is there a site that tells me this type of stuff? I've checked M$, McAfee, and Symantec.

Reactive, I know...but no patch that I've heard of to date.
