Netshld on Netware - Update Issue

how can i update the scan engine of Netshld which i'm running on my Netware 5.0
DAT's are being updated regularly
but i don't know how to update the Scan Engine

The file you need for the latest NetShield Netware engine is called: nw4160.zip. You can get this file from the following address: ftp://ftp.nai.com/pub/antivirus/engine/4.x

Once you downloaded the zip file, unload NetShield (UNLOAD NETSHLD) at the server console. Extract the files from the zip, into the NetShield directory (default location: SYS:MCAFEE\NETSHLD), and then load NetShield. That's it.

I need to do this as well, but I always seem to have problems unloading Netshld. It just sits and hangs, and the only way around this is to down the server, then bring it back up. Have you seen this before, and what can I try to do to fix it?
