Netshield will not install, does a rollback

I am trying to reinstall Netshield 4.5.0 on a Server running Server 2000. It almost completes and then it says that Netshield was interupted before installation was completed. It then does a rollback and does not install.
Any assistance or tips on this issue would be appreciated!

Silly as this sounds, copy the installer to the HD first, then run SETUP.EXE. I've seen this before, running the install from a CD.
