Netshield update problem

Hello and thankyou

I am running Netshield for NT 4.0.2. Scan engine 4002. The problem is whenever I run the manual or automatic update it will download ok but Netshield becomes disabled and will not restart. I tried going in and restarting the service but to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Better upgrade to the latest version (4.5 SP1). Version 4.02 is over 2 years old and is not supported anymore, according to McAfee.
