Netshield Crashes... 1

Im running Netshield 4.5 for windows nt/2000. The service seems to be intermittently stopping, forcing me to re-enable it. It is seeming doing this at random, sometimes 3/4 times a day, sometimes not at all. It does seem to do it more often when im defragging the disk, but perhaps thats just my imagination.

The scan engine is 4.1.60, the virus definitions are 4.0.4229.

The actual message I receive is as follows:
'Mcshield.exe - Application Error'
'The exception unknown software exception(0xe0070001) occurred in the application at location 0x77e989d1'

Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this happening??

Have you installed SP1 and the HotFix RollUp? Both are available from the NAI web site.
