Netshield console cannot connect to server

I recently configured my Netware server to use the IP Protocol(IP End Node). After doing that the Mcafee Netshield console is unable to connect back to the server. The workstation where the Console is installed is also using IP protocol only.

The error message keeps telling me that I am require to enable remote admin on both computers.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling netshield. but it still doesnt work. I am using Netshield version 4.11 the scan engine is 460 and the dat version 4208.
