I´m using NetShield 4.5 in an Enterprise on 25 domaincontrollers (Windows 2000 SP2). After Updating the Dat-Files to Version 4181 all domaincontrollers with McShield active crash to a bluescreen, domaincontrollers with McShield inactive do not have any troubles. The info of the Bluescreen hints to NAI McShield-Filter. Deactivating McShield solves the problem on the servers. This is no acceptable solution for future. Has anybody similair troubles or, perhaps a solution for that problem???

I can only assume it may be an issue with something on your system having a problem with McShield, I have 5 DC(AD) Win2k SP2 servers with the same engine & dat and have not seen any problems (yet). There is also nothing on the message board at NAI (as yet). Have you applied SP1 for Netshield. There is also on NAI's website now (15:57 GMT Jan 24) the latest engine & DAT (4.1.60\4182) this may resolve the problem (or not).
Do you update all your servers simultaneously, If you do now it may help to stagger the update time\day just in case there is a 'issue', This way you don't lose everything at once.

Chris.
