NetShield 4.5 on Terminal Server

I have Terminal Server running on WindowsNT.
I know that I have to install Netshield via Add/Remove Programs. However, everytime that I try to install I get the error: Blah!Blah! invalid C:. The error code is 1327.
What can I do?
