NEtServerLT6000R Event Log

We have a NETSERVERLT 6000r that has the yellow light flashing on the front LCD Panel. After searching online and not finding an aswer for the event ID of 426 Voltage I turn to Tek Tips for help. Need to know if anyone has an idea of what could be causing the event to occur we rebooted the box and while it was down we remvoed and reseated all three power supplies and it seems to be running normally.

If anyone can tell me or point me to a resource that would be great
