I am trying to install w2k Server on my Netserver LH Pro 200/6 with dual processors and netraid. I cannot get it to boot from the CD Rom so I made the install diskettes. I get to the blue install screen and then get an error code of 7 where is says the "ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded". I understand that this is a BIOS or RAM problem, but I have tried every combination of RAM and processor I could. Even trying to install with just 1 processor installed. Any suggestions? Is there any utility that will tell me exactly what part of the hardware is not working? Thanks for the help.

Hi - start with the obvious this, have u upgrade to the latest bios? Can u remove one of your memory modules and see if that is causing your problem?

Hi again, Just did a quick search. Does your bios recogise both processors? If not - it's the bios that's causing your prob. If it does then 8/10 chances its the memory chips. You could try installing on single processor then replacing NTOSKRNL.exe with NTKRNLMP.exe just before you install the second processor!

If your drives are mirriored then that's probably your problem.
