I have enabled 128 max session on my Netscreen, but there are logs saying source IP(1.2.3.4) has exceeded the session limit on port 25.
How many sessions does it take for mail server to send email to us. i would think only one session on port 25.
What i dont undrestand is that why would anything require more that one session to comunicate on a certain port?

What type of Netscreen you are using? Have you looked at Juniper Networks website to possibly find the solution? You aren't giving us much information, so we are not going to be much assistance.
