Netscreen remote 8.1 and NT4 server

hi,

I will like to know if someone can help me with this problem:
I have a cisco router with VPN.

I have installed netscreen remote 8.1 (NR)on a Laptop.
when i connect to the internet and start NR, I can ping the server and the workstaions.
I can make some mappings to all the workstaion without a problem.

The problem is i can not map to the server (NT4 server)

All help is welcom
