Netscreen 5gt webui problem

I have a netscreen 5gt, and usually I can use the webui to manage the unit, but today I;ve tried the internal address
(192.168.1.251:8080) and it will drop its connections as soon as I type in the address...anyone seen this..where do i start to troubleshoot this?

Perhaps this is a socket issue. Login with console and run get socket and see if all your tcp sockets are in use (I believe the 5GT has 64 available sockets, but it could be less. If you see many sockets with state "closed" then this could indicate that sockets are not releasing. Rebooting the firewall should clear these stuck sockets. To resolve this make sure you are running latest version of code within your branch.
